Coast General Insurance Brokers Expands with Strategic Asset Acquisition from Health Benefit Advisors
(OXNARD, CALIF.) Allison Commercial Insurance Agency Inc., the corporation that owns Oxnard-based Coast General Insurance Agency Inc., has completed a strategic asset acquisition from Health Benefit Advisors, Inc.
The Coast General Insurance Brokers team will provide high level technology resources to Health Benefits Advisors clients to manage their employee benefits and benefits renewals. Chuck Kiskaden, president of Health Benefit Advisors, Inc., and Brenda Allison, president of Coast General Insurance Brokers, have enjoyed a long-standing collaborative relationship. Kiskaden will continue his relationship with clients and serve as a consultant to Coast General Insurance Brokers for the foreseeable future, Allison said.
